Qinhuangdao Xinyue Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinyue Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd. It was founded in April 2015 and formerly operated as CITIC Dicastal Equipment Development Center.
Qinhuangdao Xinzhi Information Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinzhi Company”), established on July 14, 2017, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd and is the one and only subsidiary of CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd that provides digitalization, informatization and intellectualized services.
With the approval of CITIC Group, CITIC Dicastal Co., Ltd. has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Qinhuangdao Xinneng Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinneng Company").
